Doing business digitally is supposed to save users a lot of time. However, to get the best out of various online platforms, businesses spend more time than ever going back and forth from one app to the other thereby reducing effectiveness.
Facebook says that its new app has been designed to ensure that users can get the same amount of work done on three various channels within a very short time frame.
Businesses can manage their Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger channels all in one place. Features include a single inbox where users can respond to Facebook comments, visitor posts, reviews, messages and Instagram comments all within a single app.
The company says that the new app offers more personalized service as users can see basic information about the people who interact with their business by tapping the person’s name to see their publicly available profile, as well as their previous interactions with your business.
The company has also made updates to metrics and reporting, having created a Measurement Council to build solutions with clients, increased third-party verification and lauched Metrics FYI, a new channel to share regular updates about Facebook metrics.
