A cross dresser was recently arrested for falsely obtaining money from people while pretending to be a woman.

The man identified as Ivan Bebeto, was arrested for defrauding people under the guise of being a woman. The Ugandan man who is notorious for wearing wigs, short dresses and skirts and tons of makeup, was arrested in Kampala, after several men pointed out his scam.

Ivan whose female name is Queen, practices his 'trade' through East and Central Africa including Nairobi (Kenya), Kampala (Uganda), Bujumbura (Burundi) and Dar es Salaam (Tanzania).
A source said:
“It is not easy to discover that he is a man because he knows how to groom himself to look persuasively woman-like. He wears feminine perfume and when he goes clubbing, he hangs out predominantly with women, especially commercial sex workers.”

Her arrest came after a man had paid her for sex, believing she's a woman, Bebeto had continually refused to sleep with him despite accepting the money. He however insisted that he'd prefer to be with the man in his/her own apartment, where he/she'd be more comfortable with him.
Her further insistence forced the man to call the police to her apartment, where they searched and found all the items for her usual disguise.
