Aden who for years battled bone cancer that ravaged his body was admired for his strength and courage in the face of adversity.
The late Aden made headlines across the country and became a hero, after he sent a video from India while undergoing treatment asking for one wish from Kenyans.

Aden's final wish was to perform the pilgrimage after the doctors in India said his condition was advanced and they could not treat it.
Aden had traveled to India for treatment after managing to raise funds from Kenyans through a social media campaign.
The doctors in India had given him three months to live as his cancer had progressed.

Aden's health problems began some years back when he fell from a matatu and hurt his leg, after months the wound never healed forcing him to go to the hospital.
He was later diagnosed with cancer that led to the amputation of his right limb.
