In recent times there have been several cases of kidnap and missing persons, fortunately some are found while others are not.
A young girl who was found in an abandoned building in Surulere, Lagos disclosed that he ran away from where she was staying in Ikorodu but did not reveal the reason behind her action. However, Mariam has been taken to a police station in Surulere.
According to Ogunrinde Temitope Bukola on Facebook, she posted the girl’s picture with the caption:
Missing teenager Mariam Salawudeen

“This girl was found in an abandoned flat in a compound at Itelorun street Ijeshatedo Surulere her name is Mariam Salawudeen.. she told us she ran away from Oluwakemi street in Ikorodu..pls if anyone knows her kindly report to Ijesha Surulere police station.”
