It has just been reported that a beautiful Kannywood actress identified as, Hauwa Maina, is dead. She died on Wednesday, May 2.
According to Premium Times, Maina died after a brief illness in a Kano hospital. Her death was confirmed by popular Kannywood actor, Ali Nuhu.
Nuhu confirmed her death saying: “Yes Hauwa Maina is dead.” He also shared her picture on his Instagram handle.

Many Kannywood celebrities have condoled with the family of the deceased, posting her pictures on social media and praying for the repose of her soul. Maina will be buried in Kaduna on Thursday, May 3.
