A Canadian-born artist and architect, Mark Pimlott, has honoured Biafra with a pavement artwork at the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) office in London.

NAIJ.com gathered that the artist constructed a pavement that consists of over 750 stone flags which has an inscription of names of places around the world, as well as names of places from history, mythology and fantasy.

Pimlott constructed the stone flags at a resting area at the BBC broadcasting house, a place where people go to relax and connect with the broadcasting house.

A Nigerian man identified simply as, Chigozie, who is a Biafra supporter shared a video showing the inscription of Biafra among the other stone flags on his Facebook page.

He expressed that the inscription was an honour to Nigerians who believe in Biafra, adding that he is happy to share the honour with fellow Biafrans.
