An Instagram user, Kessy Hills, has shared a picture of a man advertising his dry cleaning business in traffic.
He said he spotted the man in Abuja holding a board with the details of how to reach him for home laundry services.
He took the picture and decided to share on social media should anyone require the services of the unknown man.
