- A story of an oddly cut N1000 dispensed from an ATM has gone viral
- A man known as Obaladike Nzewi shared the photos on his Facebook page
- According to him, the note was dispensed by an ATM in Ogun state
The Central Bank of Nigeria may have put in a lot of work towards fixing the revolving errors commonly affiliated with ATM. However, there seem to be the urgent need for the body to pay more attention to the conditions of the notes that are produced and released for circulation.
The photos of an oddly shaped N1000 note has since gone viral over the internet. The pictures were shared by a man named Obaladike Nzewi who took to his Facebook page to show what was dispensed to him by an ATM in Ogun state.
There have been several reactions ever since he posted the pictures, most of which had people condemning the government and urging him to sue CBN or get the money changed at the bank.
However, on another interesting level, there are people who believe this oddly cut N1000 note could become valuable some day and urged Mr. Nwezi to keep the money.
