A young Nigerian man who decided to go out of his way to shower encomiums on his girlfriend on social media, got feedback he didn't expect.
The young man identified as @DemiladeR had shared a tweet saying "My girl is not your mate, your height or in your league. You can’t survive the sauce." but Twitter users were having none of it as they came down hard on him for his statement.
While some commended him for being bold enough to show off the woman in his life, others practically called the lady 'ugly' and 'insulted' him for daring to say she was nobody's mate.
