The sudden death of a clergy man from Nnewi has taken over the social media. Priest Ven Earnest Ezumezu was reported to have died moments after preaching at a wedding in Anambra.
The deceased was said to be a priest at the Nnewi diocese before he passed away.
Some of his close friends have taken to their Facebook profile to pour out their tribute. One Jideofor Augustine recounts how he met the late priest at Bishop Ajayi Crowther University in Abeokuta.

His post reads: “We and Ven Ernest Ezumezu met at Bishop Crowther Abeokuta in 2014 during our training and u showed us love as a father by providing some of our needs as students. Ven Ernest may your soul rest in perfect peace Amen.”
