Self-styled Tanzanian Prophet Nabii Titto was on Thursday, January 25, rushed to hospital after he injured himself during police interrogation.
It was reported that Prophet Titto tried cutting his stomach with a razor blade as police ransacked his house in search of evidence. He was rushed to a nearby hospital where he received 12 stitches.
Report has it that the controversial clergyman was arrested by Tanzanian police force following complaints from members of the public for sharing immoral pictures on social media.

His arrest was confirmed by Tanzania's IGP Simon Sirro who said Tito had been arrested following public complaints and will be dealt with accordingly.
The clergyman had been the talk of town for the past few days after sharing photos of himself kissing his wife and house girl. These pictures went viral on social media.

The complaints led to his arrest, a move that excited quite a number of East Africans who believe that anyone capable of doing such a thing should be sentenced to life imprisonment.
Titto is currently recuperating in a Tanzanian cell awaiting to be charged to court. It was earlier reported that the clergyman is mentally ill.
