Just when one thought Yahoo boys or scammers have reduced their attacks on unwilling victims outside the country, one journalist has exposed how the name of the Emir of Kano, His Royal Highness Muhammadu Sanusi II was used to swindle an unsuspecting victim.
Writing via Twitter, Eromo Egbejule wrote that the scammer even appeared to clone the 1st class monarch’s phone number while extracting the sum of $500 (N180,000) from his victim.

His number (08029808082) shows up with SLS’s full name on Truecaller.
