Mentally-challenged man allegedly separates two conductors fighting in Rivers

A mentally-challenged man has been caught on camera in Port Harcourt, Rivers state, trying to separate two bus conductors fighting.

According to @buchiddon on Instagram, he shared a photo and video from the scene and wrote;
