- Philippe Coutinho wants Liverpool superstar Mohamed Salah at Barcelona this summer
- The 25-year-old has been phenomenon for the Reds since he joined them last summer from Italian side, AS Roma
- He is the current top leading scorer in the Premier League this season with 29 goals in 31 topflight matches
Barcelona midfielder Philippe Coutinho has reportedly told Liverpool superstar Mohamed Salah to shun Real Madrid’s offer to join the Catalan club this summer.
The 25-year-old Egyptian joined the Reds last summer from AS Roma, and became an instant hit for the Anfield outfit - scoring 29 Premier League in his first season at the club.
He was also instrumental to his side’s 3-0 triumph over Manchester City in Wednesday’s UEFA Champions League quarterfinal clash.
Meanwhile, the Brazil star is hoping his former Liverpool teammate will join him at the Camp Nou this summer despite Real Madrid’s interest in the same player.

The Egyptian tops the summer transfer target for Los Blancos who are plotting to overhaul their team once the season is over.
However, Spanish website Don Balon claim Coutinho has contacted Salah in a bid to persuade him to quit Liverpool for Barcelona instead after spending spent seven months together at Anfield.
Coutinho joined Barca during the January transfer window with Liverpool pocketing a huge £142million from his departure.
The current La Liga winners are also linked with Antoine Griezmann but talk of a move for Salah is beginning to overshadow their interest in the Frenchman.

Don Balon further stated that Coutinho is hoping the Egypt international will join him at Barcelona to form the best attack in the world.
Meanwhile, Sky Sports pundit Paul Merson believes Jurgen Klopp may struggle to keep the former Basel forward, adding that the top European clubs will offer them a bid they can’t ignore.
“Can Liverpool stop Real Madrid, Barcelona and Juventus coming in for Salah? He’s going to be hot property. You don’t get this many goals. It’s a phenomenal season to get 30-odd goals,” he said.
“If you get 30-odd goals for a Sunday morning football team, you’re good.
“To get it at Liverpool and play the way he’s played, it’s going to be a worry for me, can Liverpool keep him?
“We’re going to talk about £100 million again.”
Liverpool are third on the table with 66 points – two points behind Manchester United who face league leaders, Manchester City this weekend.
While they head to the Etihad Stadium with a 3-0 advantage for the remainder of their Champions League quarterfinal clash next week.
