Nigeria’s senior lawyer, Festus Keyamo, has been appointed by Muhammadu Buhari to represent Delta state in the board of the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation just few weeks after he was made the spokesperson of the president’s campaign organisation.
Keyamo was appointed with six others as members of the board of the NDIC.
President Buhari’s letter conveying the announcement was read by Bukola Saraki on Tuesday, May 8, on the floor of the Senate.

The president sought the approval of the Senate for the appointments.
