Manchester United and Manchester City have reportedly met with Neymar’s father differently in a bid to sign the Brazil international this summer.
The 26-year-old joined Paris Saint Germain last summer in a world record fee from Barcelona, and barely a year after; he has been linked with a move away from the Parc Des Princes.
After crashing out of the Champions League in the round of 16 stage, Neymar is said to be unhappy with the level of competition in the league, and has been linked with a move to join Real Madrid.
However, no concrete deal has been reached by the parties involved, and according to Spanish outlet Don Balon as quoted by Daily Star, Neymar might give joining a Premier League side a chance.

The two Manchester clubs are said to have met with Neymar’s father, who represents him, with their intentions to sign the player when the transfer window opens in a few weeks.
Daily Star claims that Jose Mourinho wants to by the Brazil forward so as to build his team around him at Old Trafford.
The Red Devils are also planning to overhaul their team this summer, with the manager having expressed his discontent at many.
Both City and United are not under any financially restriction to sign the former Barcelona superstar, while Don Balon claims some players could be included in in the deal to sign PSG star.
Paul Pogba is one star Mourinho would supposedly be willing to offload to land Neymar, but he has the choice of which team he would join amongst Real, City and United.

The former Santos forward has not played since he suffered a foot injury in PSG’s 3-0 victory over Marseille in a cup match back in February.
He has however returned to training as he hopes to regain full fitness ahead of the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia next month.
Neymar got his senior career started at Santos in Brazil in 2009 and four years later, he moved to Europe after signing for Barcelona in 2013.
He won a Champions League title and two La Ligas including a few other trophies during his four year reign at the Camp Nou.
The Brazil star moved to France in 2017 and just one season into his contract, he has already won three titles, but failed to help his side go beyond the round of 16 in February.
NAIJ.com earlier reported that Neymar's father has been speaking with Real Madrid president, Florentino Perez over in a bid to seal a move to Spain.
The former Barca star has been in tremendous form for Paris Saint Germain this season scoring 29 goals in all competitions for the Ligue 1 leaders.
