With summer time fast approaching, a 10-year-old boy identified as Bishop Curry IV has invented a device to help solve the problem of death in hot cars.

Rising temperatures in cars often lead to the death of children. After identifying this problem, the brilliant boy went on to make his own device which has the ability to save hundreds of children from the burning heat.

He named his invention Oasis; it is a tiny box that is being fixed to a child’s car seat. When the temperature in the car increases to an unbearable level, the tiny box starts blowing cold air in the face of the child.

The device also has an antenna that would notify the parents and local emergency services of the impending danger.

With the help of his father, the fifth grader was able to raise funds on GoFundMe. With this money, he was able to apply for a patent on Oasis. IV has always been fascinated with making things according to his father, Bishop Curry IV senior.

The talented boy has created a home-made catapult and ping-pong ball cannon in the past. He has also thought of ways to melt ice and snow on roads without using salt.

It was discovered that Bishop got the idea for his invention when Fern, a 6-year-old girl, passed away after being locked in a hot car in McKinney. Texas.

We live in Texas where hot car deaths are far too common,” said Curry Senior.

Bishop and his father have not decided on the method of distribution that would be used for Oasis. Impressed by the invention of the youth, Black To Live, a Twitter page interested in promoting blacks and their handiworks, made a tweet sharing the photo of the boy holding his invention in his hand.
