A Nigerian woman identified as, Wendy Osefo, has become the first black woman to receive a PhD in Philosophy Public Affairs.

NAIJ.com gathered that Osefo is the first black woman to receive a PhD in Philosophy Public Affairs from Rutgers University in the United States.

Osefo who graduated from Johns Hopkins University became the professor of Education at the prestigious school.

She teaches courses that examine the role of policy, politics in education and entrepreneurship.

The brilliant lady holds a Bachelors degree in Political Science from Temple University and an MA in Government from Johns Hopkins University.
