Some Nigerians have prevented officials of the Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN) from disconnecting their light.

NAIJ.com came across a video showing police officers, power company officials and some residents arguing over power distribution.

The residents from the unknown area were seen holding on to ladders in other to prevent the power company officials from climbing up the pole to disconnect light.

In the video, one of the residents was seen holding a ladder while he was telling a police officer that he would not allow the power company officials to climb the pole.

Another resident was seen singing on a mic as he rallied the other residents to stand up against the power company officials who want to disconnect their light.
