Three weeks after delivery, family in need of N5m to cure THIS disease (photos)

A Nigerian lady has cried out to people to please assist her sister’s six weeks old baby girl survive from a heart related disease.

Lady identified as Chioma Onyia sent a message to NAIJ.com to please help in the survival of her little niece. She sent a picture of the baby girl on a life support machine and an official report from the hospital.

The lady identified as Chizara was reported to be suffering from Congenital Heart Abnormalities and needs the sum of $14000 (N5,110,000) to survive.

Onyia revealed that: “Please I need your help in reaching out to kindhearted Nigerians. My niece (baby Chizara) was born on 2nd June having fast respiration. Later she was taken to national hospital where she was admitted in special care baby unit and placed on oxygen till date. After some test she was diagnosed with congenital heart abnormalities; TGA, her main vessels are switched making the heart pump blood lacking in oxygen to all parts of her body in addition to having 3 holes in her heart. Baby Chizara needs urgent surgery abroad before 6 weeks of life costing about $14000 (N5 million). Her parents have spent a lot on medical bills and need help raising the funds for surgery. Chioma Onyia further revealed that the little girl is currently at the Special Care Baby Unit (SCBU) of the National Hospital.
