Following what must have been a very heavy downpour in Awka Etiti in Anambra state, pictures of an entire street swallowed up in flood have emerged.
NAIJ.com gathered that some parts of Awka Etiti local government area in Anambra state, were almost submerged due to heavy rainfall.
According to photos shared on Facebook, even gates were not spared as they were nearly swallowed up in the flood.
Lack of proper drainage was said to be the main cause of the flooding, as the rain hardly sees an avenue to flow out.
