Some posters including one depicting President Muhammadu Buhari's interest to run for a second term, was also spotted recently, somewhere in Abuja.
But the one which caught the attention of NAIJ.com, was spotted somewhere in Gboko, Benue state, where one Hon Emmanuel Yisa Orker Jev, wants to "give to Ceaser what Belongs to Ceaser"

On closer observations, the "Ceasers" and "Belongs", were written in capital letter, possibly depicting the party abbreviations (CBC). Could that be the name of the party he represents?
