- The former first daughter has been put in the spotlight in recent times
The eldest daughter of former president of the United States of America (USA), Malia Obama was recently photographed as she was walking towards her internship at the Weinstein Company in New York.
Many social media users took notice of her seemingly questionable outfit which was a dress that apparently exposed too much of her legs.
Malia was seen wearing an above-the-knee denim dress and paired it with a pair of black Chuck Taylors, plus a brown leather backpack.

Her outfit immediately went viral and many questioned her alleged poor taste in clothing while, others compared her clothing preferences with the children of the current president, Donald Trump.
However, there were some who thought that some people were being unfair to the 18-year-old girl. They defended Malia and said that it wasn’t her choice to become a public figure and people should just let her do what she wants to do.
The person said: "Leave the girl alone...they have been under the microscope for 8 years...let her be herself. I think that people are putting a lot of stress on an 18 year old. Was it a poor choice of apparel. Absolutely. But she didn't choose this life. She just wants to be alone and make her own mistakes."
