In recent times, Nigerians have been coming out to show off their unique talent. They take their time to make something out of nothing once given the opportunity to.
Five indigenes of Akwa Ibom state have just come out to show off the drown they constructed. The students were identified as Jones Joseph Bassey, Ekpo Esua Ekpo, Ekemini Abner, Gabriel Umoh and Faith Okon.
The post was on Thursday, February 8, shared on Facebook by one of the engineers. Bassey shared pictures of the drone and a video of when they were test-running the device.

“IF YOU CAN CONCEIVE IT, YOU CAN ACHIEVE IT (we designed and built a drone). On January 2017 I coordinated a group of five smart Engineers Ekemini Abner, Ekpo Esua Ekpo, Gabriel Umoh, & Faith okon all Electrical Electronics Engineers as we dared the undared by designing, fabricating & producing an unmanned aerial vehicle popularly known as DRONE. It was a daunting task, we failed many times, discouraged because of high cost of components importation, frustrated because most items were not found in Nigerian market. But we pushed on to achieve that euphoria of success, God standing by us, November same year our locally made drone successfully flew. I've not been moved to post this achievement on social media, but for some strange combination of reasons I'm posting it today to encourage someone embarking on any project. Nothing is too difficult to achieve, though we come from Nigeria, there's a lot we can do technologically. #ilovemyprofession #iamanengineer.”

NAIJ.com earlier reported that a young man Olayemi Oluwabamigbe Samson was recently discovered due to his level of creativity. Samson makes school bags, coats, shoes and car covers from pure water nylons. He is truly talented.
