Not everyone has the privilege or luxury of completing their education after leaving secondary school. This happens because some of these people do not have money to sponsor themselves.
Such was the case of this Kenyan young man, Samuel Ameleto, who decided to apply his Senior High School (SHS) education into his everyday lifestyle. The 22-year-old man loves arts and draws people for a living.
Ameleto is a past student of St. Andrews SHS, a private second-cycle at Assin-Foso in the Assin North Municipality of the Central Region in Kenya.

After completing his education at St. Andrews in 2013, Ameleto popularly known as Van Shady, went back to Twifo Praso, also in the Central Region.
Finding life tough, he set out to apply his skill as an artist and he is now into portrait drawings. The young man makes use of pencil and colours for his paintings and designs.
Ameleto indicated, that although he studied visual arts but he now relies more on his natural talent and self-tutoring.
The 22-year-old man also revealed that he would want to further his education but things are not too good financially hence his decision to do other things to survive.

Ameleto is the ninth child of his parents but his father died when he was just six years old.
He said: "Life has not been easy since. I want to be a great hyper realistic artist and I would like to train young talented children in drawing."
Looking at his drawings, there is no doubt Sammy is talented and a little support would take him places.
