A young Nigerian beauty queen has graduated with a first class from Godfrey Okoye University in Enugu state. The young lady identified as Catherinemary Nneamaka also received the award for the best graduating student in her set.
Nneamaka who gave the valedictorian speech at her convocation graduated on Saturday, February 10. In her speech, she advised more ladies to participate in computer programming, stating that there is a beauty in programming and computing.
She was also given the award for beat in natural and applied science faculty, best in computer science, best in computer and mathematics department.

According to Facebook user Marvel Chihurumnanya who shared her story, the beauty queen has always excelled in her studies. He revealed that she always came out the best in anything that she puts her mind to.

Chihurumnanya stated that Nneamaka had graduated as one of the best students in her secondary with nine distinctions.

"Beauty Queen Bags First Class, Honoured At Convocation Ceremony
Queen Catherinemary Nneamaka, the Computer Science graduate who emerged from Godfrey Okoye University with a first class and also as the overall BEST GRADUATING STUDENT 2017, had her convocation ceremony on the 10th of February.
The intelligent beauty queen who hails from Anambra state has been on top of her academic game from her formative years. She attended Rose Bethel Primary school. Anambra State and further proceeded to Loretto Special Science school, Adazi-Nnukwu, Anambra State. She graduated as one of the best students from Her secondary school; Loretto Special Science school, Adazi-Nnukwu, Anambra with 9 A's (Distinction).
Queen Nneamake whose ambition is to specialize in Artificial Intelligence dabbled into the pageant industry with the emergence as Queen of her University, Godfrey Okoye University, Enugu in Nigeria at age 17 in 2014. The hardworking lady went ahead to win the Miss Coal City Nigeria Beauty Pageant in 2015 at age 18, becoming the reigning MISS COAL CITY NIGERIA till date.
At her convocation ceremony she gave her valedictory speech titled “THE ROMANTIC FACE OF PROGRAMMING“ where she explained her fascination with programming, urging all women to embrace the beauty of programming and computing and to give it a go.
She was awarded tons of prizes by the University for being the Overall best graduating student for the 2017 grandaunts, Best in her faculty (Faculty of Natural and Applied Sciences), Best in her department (Department of Computer and Mathematics) and Best in her program (Computer Science).
