Nigerian doctor recounts how the exit door of the aircraft she was in fell off as they touched down

- According to her post, the exit door of the plane fell off as they touched down

- This has caused a media outrage on the internet

In what could have turned out to be fatal news, a Nigerian doctor identified as Ola Brown took to her social media page to recount a scary incident she experienced on a flight.

She took to Twitter to recount the experience. According to her, the exit door which was unstable throughout the flight fell off just before their airplane touched down.

Posting a photo of the opened exit, she wrote:"Flew Dana. Exit door was unstable throughout the flight. As we touched down it fell off. Scary stuff."

This drew a lot of reactions from people on social media as many condemned the act, threatening to sue the airline for gross incompetence.

The official account for Lagos airport tried to offer an explanation which only seem to caused even more outrage.
