A mother’s love for her child is eternal and it knows no bounds. Nigerian mothers are famous for the strict ways they train their children but they are also praised for the lengths they go to give their children the best care.

There have been stories of mothers who travel miles from their homes just to deliver home cooked meals to their kids. The Wedding Party movie also made a reference to a Nigerian mother’s love when the bride’s mother took home cooked stew to her daughter who was schooling abroad.

NAIJ.com has come across a story that shows the depths of a Nigerian mother’s love after a young lady shared her agbalumo story on social media. A young lady identified simply as Priye shared the story of how her mother sent a bag of abgalumo to her.

According to Priye, she had called her mother from Lagos telling her that she would like to have agbalumo from her hometown because the ones in Lagos are not as sweet as the ones from home.

Priye who stated that she had been expecting about twenty pieces of cherry received a full and locked Ghana-must-go bag. She noted that her adorable mother also sent the key to the bag with another cargo.
