According to the advert, the man is a retired Nigerian-American lost his wife and now needs to re-marry. The man was identified as John D Williams and resides in Garki, Abuja.
He did not end there but further disclosed that all entries must be sent within two weeks and all applicants must be between the ages of 40 to 60 years.

The requirement says: “Retired Nigerian-American lost his wife and now needs to remarry. Preferred features for lady: A. Age range: 40-60 years, B. Height: 5’5-5’10ft, C. Education: HND, BA/BSc or Higher, D. Complexion: Light dark or fair skinned, E. Employment: She does not have to work, unless she insists on working (Widower makes more than enough for both), F. Residence: Widower resides both in Abuja and US. If interested, please send your answers for items (A) – (D) above, along with a recent (3x5) picture (full face) and phone number within two weeks. Please note: 1. Write your name at the back of your picture, 2. Your response will be seen by a widower, that is a promise.”
