Such was the case of this beautiful young lady, who decided not to rock the NYSC khaki trouser as she transformed it into a skirt.
Her pictures were shared on Facebook by Fegor Kelvin Sticks. He made the post on Monday, February 6.

Looking at the pictures, the lady was seen rocking a long khaki skirt, NYSC crested vest and her white sneakers.
