Nigerian musicians are breaking bounds in the international scene. Most recently, Wizkid performed at the prestigious 02 arena in London. While Davido performed in faraway Suriname.
A number of Nigerian musicians were named in Forbes Africa’s 30 Under 30 list. They were named amongst other inspiring and impressive youths that all under 30 years of age.
Wizkid, Falz, Yemi Alade, and Davido were named in the creative section of the list. Actresses Beverly Naya, Sonia Irabor, fashion entrepreneur Tania Omotayo and make-up artiste Joyce Jacob were the other Nigerians mentioned on the list.
