18-year-old lady, Hafsat Surajo, who was declared missing by her family members has been found. The lady was declared missing two days after she left her home in Kano.

The family revealed that the lady who went missing from her home on Sunday, February 12, was ill before she disappeared
Her sister discovered that she was not at home when she went to wake her up on Sunday morning. She immediately informed her mother and a search for the girl was conducted across hospitals and the home of friends.

They revealed that no one knows exactly when she left home or what she was wearing at the time she left. The young lady was last seen after she went to bed the night before.
It was gathered this Friday, February 16, that she was found by little boys wandering about alone in a remote farmland in Gano, Kano state.
She was then questioned and they were able to get her father's number and called him asking if he has a daughter named Hafsat. Her father then drove to Gano to get his daughter. She was reunited with her family members on Thursday, February 15, three days after she went missing.
When the 18-year-old was asked how she got to where she was, she revealed that she does not know how she found herself there.
A family member revealed that the lady is in good health and there was no evidence of abuse on her. "Nobody can tell you what happened or how she left. Even she does not know what happened to her, but we are happy that she's fine now. She's very fine. She's well."
