A 25-year-old Nigerian man identified as Daniel Asaya has made history in a United Kingdome university. The young man has become the first black and international student union president of Bournemouth University.
Asaya who hails from Ondo state graduated with a first class from Crawford University in Ogun where he studied ICT. He travelled to the UK in 2014 for his master’s degree program.
It is incredible and mind blowing that a Nigerian man could achieve this much outside the shores of his country. Asaya has made history by becoming the first black man to occupy the position.

At the moment, he works at the student’s union in Bournemouth University. as the president of such a prestigious university, he is saddled with the responsibility of representing over twenty thousand students from different backgrounds.

Asaya was reelected to hold the reins of leadership following his outstanding performance in the position. The young man has joined the list of Nigerians in diaspora putting the country in good light.
